Thank you very much for visiting my career site!

I'm an American Citizen and have lived in the continental US my entire life and I'm fully authorized to work here for ANY company, in the United States of America.

I'm self-motivated, punctual, and honest. I am willing to submit to a Drug test or Background check. You will find both perfectly clean.

I love working with Technology and People and have skills and experience with both. I'm a Technical Customer Service Pro with 30 years of experience, most recently supporting Windows-based systems (7-10-Server 2016) in varied environments such as call centers, medical/hospital offices, end-user homes, retail locations & production facilities. I perform Remotely or On-site, either solo or can Lead teams, or be a team member, in conducting site surveys, troubleshooting windows, application or network problems, installing desktop roll-outs and servicing commercial POS systems.

I handle difficult clients, and volatile situations, working with support staff and the customer, focusing on resolving the problem and obtaining a positive result. I have excellent people skills and view customer satisfaction as my ultimate goal. I love what I do, and I strive to give the best service and accurate documentation, with clear communication up front.

English Primarily, a little spanish. (¡solamente un poquito!)

*** The most recent change (2019c) to my resume omits outdated tech jobs like LANtastic and QEMM from my early days as a bench and L1 call center tech (pre-2000), shortening it to under 3 pages.

Thanks again for visiting my career site! I hope to be working with you soon.

Want to know what level of compensation I'm seeking?

I've thrown my net far and wide to land a good job in the shortest amount of time, and it's paid off in interest from several local and out of state parties. Click here to see a list of all the dates, places and job titles that I have applied for during my 2019 job hunt. (I've not recorded all the emailed approaches from out-of-state, because no one has offered me anything located in the only area I'm really interested in possibly relocating to, Eastern TN.)

(FYI - This site is what I use in my daily job hunt. It is not really intended for HR people, or headhunters, per se, though I do not discourage anyone from seeking more info about me. This site is updated to have the information instantly available when I'm filling applications or when I need to provide a resume to an employer.

When I say I'm working this hunt like a job, I literally mean, until I get hired, I'm in front of my PC from 7am-7pm daily. Dividing my time doing Job seeking, Interviewing, Networking via social media and phone, Following-up on emails, Webdev training (Javascript and Cloud Services), and Updating my lists on this site.
I usually take lunch around 11am or noon, but it doesn't matter, I answer texts and emails while I munch.

Other personal adjectives: Calm, Confident, and Capable. Relaxed, easy to talk to, yet focused. Funny, Likeable, Genuine. Transparent, Enthusiastic, and Dedicated. (wordy, boring, obsessive... lol)
