Perhaps your firm could benefit from the services of a seasoned IT Support veteran (Former MCSE) with almost 30 years of experience in Technical Customer Service? 

Regarding your requirements:

> I acquired some experience with technical writing back when I first started in my career. Wintech Systems did some programming for LifeLine and developed their billing software with FoxPro. I did the original proofing and editing of the user manuals and derived the online help files from them.
> Regarding Documentation, I've always been one to READ manuals (over 30 years), so it easy to see where some could use improvement, either in readability or thoroughness.
> I excelled in English classes during college, and although I didn't get a degree, I still don't need to rely on Grammarly. (for me, it usually only picks up typos and extra commas.)
> In running my own company, I created over 50 tech tips, in a custom database-driven website - expertek.us. It got a lot of use back when we were still open. This would be the best example of my ability to make new concepts available to novices.
> I am also well-versed in many web technologies, and create HTML5/BootStrap PHP/Javascript/MySQL websites, and am studying Cloud technologies now like Amazon Web Services.
 

Regarding my qualifications, I have;

> Excellent organizational, people and technical skills, to leverage for your company,
> A flair for translating highly complex technical information into terms and concepts that end users can readily relate to,
> Worked with many technologies that I have never seen before (while performing for Tech Services like Field Nation and OnForce), but invariably achieved resolution, leveraging Previous Experience, Search Engines and the Assistance of Knowledgeable Support,
 
I have been doing break-fix as a Tech Savvy Customer Service Professional for 29 years. I've recently been thinking about a change of pace, a new vector into something where, eventually, I can work from home. I'm adaptable and trainable, and I love new techniques and technology. and would like to see how we can make that work for your company.

I'm open to any tech writing offers and confident in my abilities to accurately (not just adequately) describe your products and processes, including graphics work. I'm willing to work on-site, remotely, and travel to 50%.
